Student residence “Les Lauréades”

As a partner of hall of residences “Les Lauréades”, we can help you in your efforts to rent a studio in this residence which is located in a quiet neighborhood close to our language institute. This residence is within walking distance from schools, colleges, shops and public transportation.

The CROUS rents rooms in hall of residences as well as studio apartments. It has 3500 beds in hall of residences. Other types of accommodation are also accessible (possible price reduction with ALS or APL).

Admissions: if you are French, fill in the social student file. If you are a foreign student, you will need to prepare a dossier “Accommodation for an International student”. The studio apartments

The CROUS rents studio apartments from 18 to 24 m2 equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. More comfortable than the rooms in hall of residences, their monthly rent varies between 261,90€ and 430,80 € per month (2009 prices), everything included (possibility to get an APL). Admission procedure is identical to the one for rooms in hall of residences, but with the condition that the applicant must be at least 20 years old to benefit from an APL.
